Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use nuflo.

2. Your content

You own the scenes, graphs, assets, and other content you create with nuflo. We don't claim ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service for you — for example, rendering your scene, generating previews, and backing up your projects.

You're responsible for the content you create and publish, including ensuring you have the rights to any assets you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights with your use of the service.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach our security, or disrupt the service for others.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or rent the editor except as the service explicitly allows.
• Use the service to store or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

5. Your exported work

Scenes you export are yours to host and use, including commercially, subject to these terms. The exported runtime is provided to let your published scenes run; you may not extract it to build a competing editor.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect your use.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your content for a reasonable period unless prohibited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
